East Texas Reptile Rescue

East Texas Tortoise, Lizard & Snake Rescue is currently accepting animals.

We have a no questions asked policy when accepting animals. We have each animal vet checked upon taking in. We also have an intense screening process to assure a permanent home for your pet.

We offer pick up services anywhere in the East Texas area. We also have a progam that rehomes sulcata tortoises from colder states into Texas homes. This program covers all expenses for safe transportation. We use services like Reptiles 2 U or Uship for larger tortoises.

We are currently accepting Sulcata Tortoises, Russian, Redfoot and other type ttortoises. We accept most lizards such as geckos, iguanas, tegus, monitors, bearded dragons and more. We are also accepting ball python and red tail boas. If the animal you are looking to surrender is not on the list, just message us.
